Pork Burgers

Yields

12-16 Patties

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. of ground pork
  • 1 red onion, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 egg yolks
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh sage, thyme, or parsley
  • 2 TBSP mustard
  • 1 apple, shredded

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl
  2. Shape the ground pork into 12 –16 patties
  3. Cook for about 4 minutes per side for medium rare.
  4. Remove, and let rest for a few minutes.

Notes

Just like the Lamb Burgers, these work great as meatballs too!
