- 2 lbs. of ground pork
- 1 red onion, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 egg yolks
- ¼ cup chopped fresh sage, thyme, or parsley
- 2 TBSP mustard
- 1 apple, shredded
- Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl
- Shape the ground pork into 12 –16 patties
- Cook for about 4 minutes per side for medium rare.
- Remove, and let rest for a few minutes.
Just like the Lamb Burgers, these work great as meatballs too!
