Lamb Burgers

12-16 patties

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground lamb
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of paprika
  • 1 red onion, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 3 TBSP chopped fresh mint or cilantro
  • Pinch of unrefined sea salt

Directions

  1. Shape the ground lamb into 12 –16 patties
  2. Cook for about 4 minutes per side for medium rare.
  3. Remove, and let rest for a few minutes.
